I live in a four bedroom house in Donabate near the train station where you can take the train into the city of Dublin. There is a beautiful park nearby with acres of parkland to walk, jog or just admire it's beauty. I live a short distance from the coastline and we have many walks along by the sea. There are restaurants and pubs in the quaint little village of Donabate in North County Dublin.
The house has a nice south facing garden with bbq and seating area. . Broadband and sky tv. Accommodation offered is a single room adjacent to a full bathroom.
My rate per week is 200 euro. This includes transfers to and from airport.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of Dublin city in a seaside village called Donabate. We are 10 mins drive from the airport and 20 mins on train to Dublin city.
House is 8 mins walk to the trainstation.

Feel free to use the kitchen but tidy up afterwards.
Please make sure front door is locked on leaving and entering the house.
Keep noise to a minimum after 11 pm and before 7.30am.
Please do not invite strangers into my home unless it is agreed with me in advance.

Bernadette is lovely. I highly recommend this home for all stay for any length.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
