I have a warm and cosy single room and a double room in a half house share in friendly household on a quiet road in Artane Dublin D05N727. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room with one other person. Fully equipped kitchen. Garden. On a busy bus route to city centre on the Malahide Road, also ten minutes walk from two Dart stations. Suits students in Dublin for a few months are in full time employment or study and are happy to share with one other person.
Spanish spoken and a little French! Great location!
I am happy to discuss longer stays with individuals.

About the Area
My house is located in a quiet street just of the Malahide Road on the northside of Dublin city. The main road is two minutes walk and is served by many buses to the city centre. Also we are ten minutes walk from two Dart stations.
There are supermarkets and convenience stores very close by.
St. Anne's Park is fifteen minutes walk away and the coast is 30 minutes walk or ten minutes by car.

I stayed with Tina for two months and it was very nice. Tina insured your stay would be comfortable as much as you would stay in your own home. I had everything I needed. The house is within a small distance from a bus stop and there are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. I definitely suggest staying with Tina.

Tina è una signora giovanile simpatica e molto disponibile, si è persino offerta, solo per la prima volta, di venirmi a prendere al supermercato con la macchina. La camera è molto comoda e accogliente e al mio arrivo Tina mi ha fatto trovare dei fiori molto carini. Mi sono trovata benissimo e sto rimandando a casa di Tina ancora per qualche mese.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
