House Rules
No smoking, we are a family home and we have a dog. We expect guests to be respectful of that. If you are out late, you return quietly and treat our pet with respect on entering house, quietly return to room. There is no access to kitchen. All guests will be made feel welcome.

Our stay at Claire’s was really nice. The room is clean and the bed really comfortable. Very cute family ! Eventhough the district is not located in the city center, it’s really easy to get around thanks to the bus. Definitely recommend it !

The room and the bathroom are beautiful and very clean. The airport and the city center are only a short distance away ( 15 minutes by bus) There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Milo, the dog is the sweetest and the most welcoming dog we have ever met. Thank you for this wonderful stay, see you very soon

We had a very nice stay. Claire and her family are helpful. The room is cozy. There are several little Cafés for the breakfast in the neighbourhood, also a pub and some restaurants. The connection to the City Center and the airport by bus is easy. Thanks a lot!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
