Our home is very suitable for students who need accommodation. We are close to the college and all amenities.
We are a family of 5 who have recently started to host students in our home. We had a mutually positive experience and found it to be very rewarding.
Our home is warm and has one spare room which can be decorated as needed.
Our house can get a bit busy at times so you would need to be comfortable with the hustle and bustle of family life, if that’s ok with you then you’ll fit right in!
We are very close to the city which is about 15 minutes walk or you can take the bus to the city which is a 5 minute walk.
We are close to all amenities such as supermarkets, cafes, hairdressers, banks etc.
Our house is in a quiet area which is nice when you’ve spent a day sightseeing/studying/working.

About the Area
Our house is located just 5 minutes from the City centre. It well connected with public transport. It is close to the shopping centre and parks.
There is a bus that also goes to the beach each day. The local schools are close by and the library is a 5 minute walk from our house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
