Abbiamo tre accoglienti camere da letto recentemente rinnovate nella nostra affascinante casa degli anni '20. Siamo in posizione centrale a New Westminster, vicino al transito per raggiungere il centro di Vancouver o il Douglas College. Sfortunatamente, a causa di un contratto con un altro fornitore di alloggi in famiglia, al momento non siamo in grado di ospitare uomini single.

La nostra casa si trova in una strada residenziale tranquilla e sicura, a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti e mezzi pubblici. Da qui, sono pochi minuti dal centro storico di New Westminster e una breve corsa in transito a Vancouver.

Poiché abbiamo tre figli, non è consentito fumare, bere o droghe all'interno della proprietà. Gli ospiti dovranno essere in casa a un orario ragionevole e non venire e passare tutta la notte. Gli ospiti sono invitati a unirsi alla nostra famiglia per la colazione (inclusa) o la cena (costo extra), e per soggiorni più lunghi sarà consentito l'uso del servizio lavanderia una notte a settimana.

I spent 10 happy days free in this house. Heather's dinner and Stephen's dessert were fantastic, their three kids and their dogs and cats were so lovely. There is a bus number 112 that goes directly to the sky train (Edmonds Station), but I always walked about 20 minutes and enjoyed the surroundings. Those were unforgettable times.

Stephen and Heather are the best Homestay in Vancouver, from the first day they made me feel at home, they were always very kind, attentive and respectful. Their children are polite and friendly. They also cook very well, and are open to receive new recipes from the country you come from.
My room was cozy and beautiful, you can use their kitchen and laundry without any problem, the other two girls who live there are friendly and respectful, I made two new friends by the way. They have 3 cats and a dog, Ginny (the dog) is the most beautiful, I am not a cat person but Shiva (one of the cats) eventually won my affection.
I was really lucky to have them as a Homestay Family, highly recommended.
And I think, I won a family in Canada.

Stephen and Heather and their children were lovely! They are responsive and made me feel right at home and they were also willing to give one enough space when needed. One would need to be able to tolerate the environment with several children and animals. Would highly recommend if you would like to experience a vibrant and warm household where it’s never a dull moment.

Warm, Kind, Generous Family. Children were amazing with me! Ginny Ginger and all cats were also super nice with me. They are very good cooks and all that love I was able to feel here was shown from the first messages we sent back and forth. Thank you very much guys for everything and I highly recommend La Roy’s Family for everyone who needs to find a wonderful family to stay with. You all were, are and will always be very much appreciated by me. You all have a special place into my heart.

It was an amazing experience to stay here with this lovely family. Steve and Heather truly care about their guests and treated us as part of their family. They have three adorable kids, a dog and three cats. The kids are well-mannered and super cute. If you are an animal lover, I'm sure you will feel relaxing and soothing when playing with their dog and cats in the house. I highly recommend Steve and Heather's place as your home away from home in Canada.
