The apartment has been recently renovated and is always occupied by the owner (Althea) that rent a room for short periods.
The house can accommodate up to 2 . Bathroom is shared and there is a cat.
On the second floor of a building built in the 30s of the past century, consists of a kitchen, a bright living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom very charming. The furniture design and some on an exclusive design.
Therefore, the furniture is all custom-designed for those who must live in the home for long periods, so all you need.
From here is very convenient to enjoy the beautiful walks or bike standing on the seafront in Catania, reach Acicastello or Acitrezza.
The area is well served and the Italian Corso is the avenue with the best stores to great shopping.
Tourist destinations are easily accessible without the use of the car, a few minutes to the train station and bus station to reach destinations outside the city: Taormina, Siracusa, Mount Etna, Ragusa, Noto.
There is a private parking near the building.
