Camilla and Marius are amazing Hosts. They have very comfortable Accommodations. They make you feel right at home. Their Puppy Dogs are very trained and they are very sweet. If you are looking for all the comforts of home with puppy dogs you will absolutely fall in love with, This will be the place for you. I will be booking this place whenever I'm in Irvine from now on.
Chose the room that was at her mothers house. (The room with the dog on the red bed) Was not told that it was at her mothers house. Was offered to stay at her house and when I did it was fine aside from the bug problems that they have since they leave the door open for their dogs at night. You’ll experience bug problems if there’s too much trash in the trash can but it’s just her house. Her mothers house did not give me the same problems when I had a stuffed trash can. I suggest to stay somewhere else.
The sweetest and kindest family!! They made sure I felt at home and wasn't short of anything! Unfortunately because of COVID-19 and the stay at home order I couldn't see much of the country when I was in the US, but I had a wonderfull time with Marius and Csilla, her mom and the huskies. Marius is a great tourguide, he showed me lovely area's I would never have seen if I went around with Uber or by myself, he took me on a lot of nice rides around the counties and told me about the history of the area's. I had a blast and next time will definately book the place to stay again when I'm back! See you guys soon again!
Very friendly and helpful couple.
Cosy homestay at convenient location with 2 cute huskies Rocky and Chloe.
Csilla is a kind, professional and delicate host.
Marius is a nice, open-minded and gentle man. In my first days here, Marius spent 3 days to showed me many markets, stores, communities, etc. That helps me a lot for my time in Irvine. Special thanks to you Marius! Good luck!
I really enjoyed living in Csilla and Marius homestay. They taught and helped me a lot!
I learnt and discovered many interesting things.
Thank you so much!
Wish you all the best!

As my first time commuting to my school, I wasn't sure if this place would have fit my needs. My stay is for six months. Csilla, her mother Ildi, and Marius made it such an accommodating experience I will NEVER forget.
The room I stayed in far exceeded my expectations. I never slept in a more comfortable bed than in the four years I've attended college. They were careful to make sure I had everything I needed and gave me tips about the local sites. Marius went out of his way to give me rides and showed me different biking trails. Csilla was so accommodating when coordinating my stay. Ildi, my main host, took care to ensure I was comfortable the entire time and even left me nice chocolates during the holidays!
I highly recommend them without reservation nor hesitation. They made my final six months at school much more comfortable and should I need a place in Irvine again, I will certainly come back.
The honest couple I ever meet in the USA is Marius and Csilla. I stayed in there house for a month (6th Oct- 6th Nov). They are very helpful as you expected. In the very first day of my arrival, Marius took me several places to visit for grocery and lunch. Later, I visited several places with him in the city. Furthermore, as this is my first time in the USA, they support me to reach public transportation. There is a public library in front of this house, and the park also where you can pass your spare time. I never forget their support, because they were always there for me. The additional benefit is that they both are from an academic background, so they will treat you professionally.
I will recommend all the people, particularly Indian and Nepales student that you will be satisfied with their service. I have your phone no, I will connect you if there are any Nepalese guys troubling to find the room here. Many thanks, Marius and Csilla for hosting me.

Very accommodating and friendly.
Very nice family, and generous host. Flexible
I’d had a terrible experience during my three months staying there. When I
went to the appointed address on my first day in the U.S., there was an old lady whom I had never seen on Homestay.com when I booked. She is Csilla's mother and I knew that I would live with the old lady, not with Csilla. The old lady usually talked to me with high-pressure, and often changed her house rules suddenly and blamed me because I didn’t know her new rules.
There were sometimes dog's poops and pees on the carpet, and I had stepped on dog's pee four times. I could have only one pastry for breakfast, but it was usually past its expiration date, for example, the crescent roll had been expired already two weeks ago. My laundry was always returned with dog’s hair, and one day she said “That is not important!" by pointing my laundry basket. When the frozen pasta that I kept in the freezer was disappeared, I asked her about that and she said “I don’t know. You shouldn’t ask the other guest only for three dollars”. I understood nobody cares about my stuff, so I always locked my baggage whenever I went out my room just when I went to a bathroom because guests couldn't lock their room from outside. We should be careful about food smells. When I ate
Beef/Chicken bowl or Sushi, she said “Smells bad! I don’t like the smell!
The other guests also don’t like it! Nobody likes your food smell! You shouldn’t eat dinner here, you should go to a restaurant!”. After that, I
started having dinner outside such as in front of the supermarket. It was a
bit cold because it's already December. I talked to Csilla if I could move out there earlier and she admitted that I would do that and get a refund for four days. However, Csilla’s mother said "You changed your mind because you want money? No, I don’t pay even one penny for you!”. I had already been exhausted, so I emailed Csilla that I didn't need any refund and said thank you on my last day there. It has already been over six weeks since I moved out there, but I haven’t gotten any reply from her.
