  I would recommend George to anyone renting out rooms! he was the perfect guest! The good qualities you would expect from a guest in your own home. He was polite, considerate, tidy, sociable, helpful and good conversationalist. It felt good, safe and comfortable to have him living here. As a person he was great to get to know. I would recommend him to anyone renting out rooms! You are always warmly welcome back! I wish you all the best for the future.
