Richard was by far the most excellent guest I ever had. Was vey pleasant, conversational and cooperative in everything. We struck a very good rapport and we discussed frequently about various life issues. He gave me valuable information about investing in property in France which will help me invest and save money doing so. He even offered me some supermarket discounts though I never took that up. He over paid the visitor car voucher and bought me a French wine for free. His life philosophy of simplicity in life and mine merged well. We became friends which is continuing after he left.
