Enzo only stayed 1 night they were all very pleasant clean and quiet

I feel that Enzo seemed to expect a great deal for his 1 night stay. I received numerous messages (18 in all) requesting information and a number of changes to the original booking length and dates.
Enzo booked one room for his family and I gave them the use of the self contained apartment instead (at no additional charge) as I felt it would give him and his family more comfort and privacy. I also waited up to greet them personally on their arrival, which was later than had been stated. In return I was greeted with complaints about how difficult it was to find my Homestay (I am 2km from the main national road and the Eircode I sent to Enzo brings you to directly outside of the property). One of the main issues seemed to be that it was too far away from Connemara which is where they were heading, even though I did explain this to Enzo in response to his many questions prior to booking.
They left in the morning without making any contact and when I went into the apartment I found it to be in a very untidy state.
I would not accept a booking from Enzo again.
