  Unfortunately this booking didn't turn out well. The guests emptied my wine rack and cupboard where I keep alcohol, left 4 backs of rubbish in the garden ( plus dogs poop) the agreement was for them to dispose of all rubbish. The quilt needed cleaning as dogs had peed on I plus the dishwasher was broken and a towel and pillow missing plus a cup, knife and glass ovenproof dish. The heating was turned up to 30° resulting in huge bill plus all fuel left on the proviso if used needed replacing . The list goes on. On a positive note the house was tidy and ir could have been worse.!
