Hi Ann, I am sorry you had a disappointing experience. I was not aware of this. If the breakfast that consisted of tea/coffee, pastries, bread, fruit juice and fresh fruit was not enough, apologies. Room was clean and laundered, so again my apologies for not making things right. I did ask you each day if things were adequate or if you needed anything else.. Your comments are useful.
