Our house is comfortable and quiet. The room available is a queen size bedroom facing patio. The villa is located in a peaceful and small village called Castiadas, about 5/10 minutes drive from the sea. Ideal place for a holiday of sea and mountains. There is use of the lounge and kitchen where needed and there is Also a huge garden and patios for use by guests.

We speak Inglese, Spanish, Sardinian and Italian of course.

About the Area
Our house is located in Olia Speciosa, in a quiet and safe village called Castiadas, Which is Also a popular holiday resort. We are just a short distance away from Castiadas's main sandy beaches and the mountains. We are an hour drive from Cagliari airport, but five to ten minutes drive from the sea. Cagliari is easily accessible via Cagliari international airport Which Welcomes flights from around the world. One of the main airlines to fly to Cagliari airport is Ryanair Which goes to many European cities and airports. Alitalia, Easyjet, British Airways are all companies Which Also airlines fly to / from Cagliari airport. The bus stop is only 5 minutes' walk from the house and there are lots of options using this bus stop (Villasimius, Province of Cagliari, Cagliari, Costa Rey etc.)

The Slow philosophy is not about doing everything at a snail's peace. It's about seeking to do everything at the right speed. Savoring the hours and minutes rather than just counting them. Doing everything as well as possible, instead of as fast as possible. It's about quality over quantity in everything from work to food to parenting.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
