Hi everybody!
My name is Anna Maria and I would be pleased to host you in my home. I live here with my sons James and Julia, 26 and 24 years old and offer a double room (with possibility of adding a third bed) with private bathroom and free car parking: an easy parking is usually highly appreciated in Genoa! Of course included in the price there is also a rich and abundant breakfast with fresh baked goods, including our famous "focaccia" and many other delicacies.
Both the room and the bathroom are located at the end of a small corridor separated from the rest of the house, so your privacy is guaranteed .
The area is very quiet and peaceful despite being really close to the center of the city, only 10 minutes by bus separate us from the main tourist attractions and also from the train station starting point for wonderful excursions to the Cinque Terre, San Fruttuoso, Portofino etc.
As you can see from the photo of the profile I'm passionate about diving and it's very convenient from here to reach the best diving centers and the Park of Portofino, a great sea reserve wonderfully repopulated in these recent years.
From "The Anemones" some of the city's major hospitals including Children's Hospital G. Gaslini and S Martino are within easy reach.
A few meters away from the building entrance are located the bus stop and all the shops and services that may be useful to our guests.
In your room you can use the wi-fi 24/24 and our small library with books for children and adults is at your disposal.
I'm available to meet special needs in terms of the times of arrival, departure and particular food for breakfast. Maximum elasticity thus: I think we can find a solution for every kind of problem.
The linen is changed 2 times a week and
there will be no additional costs required except the tourist tax (1 € per person per night) which will be payable on departure.

About the Area
Our house is located closed the sea and the city center. It's very easy from here to reach the mail touristic attractions: museums, aquarium, historical buidings, old Church and the famous "vicoli" zone: Genoa has the greatest historical centre of Euope!

Un excellent séjour chez Anna-Maria qui a le sens de l'accueil et un sourir communicatif! Chambre très confortable et petit déjeuner parfait! Je recommande vivement d'y faire un passage!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
