I live in this property with my family (me, my husband, a 17 year old daughter and another 7 year old
We are the owners Monia and Luciano. For years we have pursued the dream of being able to renovate an old farmhouse in order to start an agritouristic hospitality activity in the heart of the Marche hills: we will be happy to welcome you in our country apartments and give you the necessary information to spend a peaceful holiday away from the chaos of modern life.
Outside there is a large common garden with a swing for the little ones, a hammock and a particular swimming pool 14 meters long, 4 meters wide. , high 1, 2 meters. , with a magnificent panoramic view of the Campolargo valley, perfect for relaxing swimming. The purification plant is sea salt, so that, in addition to not perceiving the annoying smell of chlorine, the water is crystal clear without the addition of any chemical product and the only bathing produces beneficial effects on the skin and predisposes to a pleasant psycho-physical relaxation.
In addition to dogs, cats and chickens, as pets that keep us company, there are two nice and affectionate donkeys

The farmhouse with swimming pool is located in the countryside, 4 km from the historic center, with nice furnishings and completely renovated, for a relaxing holiday 5 km from the Abbey of Fiastra Nature Reserve, 30 km from the entrance to the Sibillini Mountains Park , 30 km from the Adriatic Sea and 60 km from the Conero Riviera.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
