Staying at my home (really, in the part of my former house), you will stay in the center of Naples, few meters far from any point of interest of the city.
Monuments, churches, offices, shops, pizzerias, restaurants, buses, metro stations... all will be around of you.
The room can host up to 4 people and has its own ensuite bathroom with shower, clima, tv, internet connection; more, you will can use a shared kitchinette with induction, micro-wave, fridge with freezer.
We love neapolitan traditional music (i studied neapolitan mandolin) and neapolitan architecture and art: we will happy to explain you what to see and to do in Naples and, if it will be possible, to guide you through the city.
We speak italian (of course), neapolitan (UNESCO classifies it as language), french, english and portuguese.

Our house is perfectly in the center of Naples.
Bus stop is 30 meters far; Metro 1 - MUNICIPIO station is 50 meters far; Metro 1 - TOLEDO station is 150 meters far.
Old center is 400 meters far.
The sea promenade is 750 meters far.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
There are not special rules: to be clean, respectful, positive is the main rule.
About check-in and check-out: normally, check-in is at 15:30 and check-out at 11:30, but if you need different times, ask! If it will be possibile, we will do our best to meet your needings.
Generally, please LET US TO KNOW your ARRIVAL TIME: we work, during the day; so, to know your arrival time, will help us to stay at home at your arrival.
Sheets and towels will be changed every 4 days. Breakfast will be served at coffee-bar that is just under the building (local laws doesn't allow to serve fresh foods, but only things bought at the supermarket: so we think it's better to have breakfast at the coffee-bar, to eat fresh and not industrial foods).
Smoking in the room is allowed, but it is better to smoke on the balcony (really, better could be not smoke ;-) ).

Elia was an awesome host. He sat down with me when I arrived and gave me some incredible information about the city and some fascinating history. I would highly recommend staying with Elia if you are ever in Napoli
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
