Our home is a modern three bedroom house, with garden facilities, office facilities (WIFI, Printing and Scanning) and estate access to a pool, tennis court, walking track and football field. We offer a private bedroom for long and short stays in a safe, clean and quiet environment. Location wise, we are in the heart of Nairobi and warmly welcome our guests to stay and experience what it feels like to be immersed in the Kenyan Culture!
We are conveniently located within close proximity to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (30 mins drive by expressway) and Wilson Airport (10 minutes drive), making it easy for our guests to travel within and out of the country. We are also central to the Nairobi National Park, Animal Orphanage, Giraffe Centre and Sheldrick Wildlife Trust- Elephant Orphanage ensuring that our guests have opportunity to enjoy our Savannah Biome Wildlife. For our guests who find joy in shopping, malls such as Junction mall, Prestige Centre, The Hub, Waterfront Karen, YAYA Centre amongst others will have you spoilt for choice and are short distances from our location. Also easily accessible are a variety of local and international restaurants, coffee houses, bars, pubs and night clubs.
The house is conveniently accessible through Public Buses and minivans 'matatus' as they are locally referred to with the stop being right at the estate's main gate and with 24 Hour Taxi services such as Uber, guests can comfortably and independently explore the city.

House Rules
1. Guests are requested to pay cash on arrival.
2. Should additional services such as city tours, national park tours, maasai market and curio/artifact shop visits e.t.c as communicated in the brochure that will be shared be needed, guests are required to pay a 30% deposit before arrival. This deposit will be non- refundable on cancellation.
3. Guests are requested to inform the host in advance should they intend to invite guests over and are requested to host them in the garden or patio area.
4. Guests are requested to inform the host should they intend to return home late as a courtesy and safety measure.
5. Guests are requested to smoke in the garden area.
6. Guests are requested to use the hosts Netflix Account that is already setup in their private room.
7. Guests are requested to inform the host before arrival should they need laundry services, half board meals, full board meals, transportation, access to pool, gym facilities and any other paid additional services as outlined in the brochure. Depending on the service, guest may be requested to pay a 30% refundable deposit before arrival. Should the guest wish to cancel this additional service, and only if, a deposit was made, the guest may do so giving at least a week's notice in advance.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
