We are Mex / Spain couple living 50 meters from the sea near Progreso in Chelem.
The house we rent is in our land, but separated a little, the house has air conditioning, wifi, cable TV, private entrance, large garden with palapa and private pool, night lighting, wall of expression for children.
It is a room of 6m X 4.50m with two beds, sofa bed, dining table, kitchen and bathroom, all equipped,
We have two kittens and we hope to adopt a dog, we do not mind having pets as long as they care for them.
Rita works in a hotel as a manager and Marga is in the house.

About the Area
Our house is situated on the road leading from Progress Slam 50m. the beach is a very quiet area with houses. Slam is 2 kilometers and 10 kilometers Progress, but fine, stop at the front door. The airport is 40 kilometers from Merida. Walking closer to finding restaurants or Slam, where there is a market and shops. You can buy fresh, fried with spices and fish to carry, as well as other Mexican foods. You can also take a trip by boat on the river and enjoy the flamingos, pelicans, herons, etc etc. The setting is wonderful in progress there are large supermarkets and shops and boutiques. And places to visit archaeological sites are close as Dzibilchaltum, etc. There Xcambo good combination to go to Merida where you will find museums, monuments, handicrafts and evenings there are many things to see.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
