We are a couple of retired teachers, friendly and happy to receive guests and students in our house. The house is located in a neighborhood near the center of the city 10 minutes walking.

The house is located in the Historic Center, very close to the stairs of the Fortín that lead to the Guelaguetza Auditorium where you can go for a walk and exercise or see the incredible view of the city from the viewpoint, two blocks from home is the Market "Sanchez Pascuas". You can easily walk to the "Tourist Walkway" where the Temple of Santo Domingo, the Zócalo, a variety of restaurants and bars, museums, galleries, handicrafts and points of interest are located.

About the Area
La casa se ubica en el Centro Histórico, muy cerca de las escaleras del Fortín que llevan al Auditorio Guelaguetza en donde puedes ir a caminar y hacer ejercicio o ver desde el mirador la increíble vista de la ciudad, a dos cuadras de casa se encuentra el Mercado "Sanchez Pascuas" donde puedes adquirir productos frescos tales como alimentos cocinados , frutas , verduras , carnes , etc. . En general el barrio es tranquilo y seguro , pero , siempre les sugiero que si regresan tarde lo hagan en un taxi para mayor seguridad.

Ricardo and his wife Nelba are beautiful people who are very gentle, calm and smoothly go about their day. I loved staying with them and felt very much at home. Their place is central to the city and within easy walking distance to a market. It’s a very secure and private home. Ricardo and Nelba are very supportive and helpful to all who stay with them. They are sweet and beautiful.

Excellent accommodations and hosts. A beautiful home and lovely people. I would stay here again and recommend the home to everyone.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
