Hello, we are a proudly Valladolid family of six members, my mother, my wife, my three children and a server. Our house is located a few kilometers from the historical center of Valladolid and from the bus terminal, the fractionation in which we reside is very quiet.
The available room has its own bathroom and two double beds. In the outside you can enjoy and make use of shared areas like the palapa a bar, the refrigerator and cooking utensils.
We would like to have you as a guest and if you allow us to share some of our local culture.

Josué is really a friendly man, helpful and nice. He brought us to the center with his car twice. The room was fine for that money you should not expect too much. The air conditioning was only for decoration it was really hot. Location was a bit far it is 25 min walk to the center.

Very nice family. But it’s not a homestay. It’s a hostel. Lots of rooms and people staying there. And it’s a bit far from the city center. And no breakfast included.

Un súper lugar para quedarse, el lugar es muy familiar, es limpio y agradable, tiene una zona de cocina también.
Don Josue y su familia nos acogieron muy bien, poder compartir con el fue lo que más nos gusto, nos enseñó mucho de la cultura maya y muchos temas más, aparte también nos dio consejos de que visitar en Valladolid y nos acompañó a tomar los transportes en lugares estratégicos.December 2021

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
