HOUSE 44 is located just 5 meters from the sea. The brand new Studio , Loft apartment and One bedroom apartment are situated on the top floor of the House 44 , and huge Garden apartment of 110m2 is in the basement of the same house. House is positioned in quite place Muo near Kotor (1.5km) . It is 15 minutes by walk from the picturesque Old town of Kotor. Studio , Loft Apartment of 40 m2 consists half separated space , bath and sea view living room with kitchen and terrace . The apartment can host up to 3 ( double bed for 2 persons , living room flip bed for 1,5 persons) and perfectly fits both for families or company of friends.

The apartment can host up to 3 ( double bed for 2 persons , living room flip bed for 1,5 persons) and perfectly fits both for families or company of friends. The house has a terraces and small garden, which is the perfect place for having rest .
The apartment has:
- everything for cooking at home;
- fridge;
- parking place.
Garden is used as a common place for all the guests of the house and equipped with sun-beds, umbrellas, chairs and tables. It is a great place for sun-tanning or having dinner with a gorgeous view on the seaside and old Kotor.
We will be happy to help our guests in organizing time in Montenegro or in resolution of any issues during your stay. Advance non refundable payment of 50% is necessary.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
