Two double rooms available in a townhouse, on the ground floor and right next to a supermarket, with free off street parking and high speed wifi. No outside guests allowed. Strictly non smoking, and no cannabis, even in the garden. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared between the two rooms in the common area.

About the Area
The house is located near the Zonnestein station, the nearest Tram stop, which is 6-7 mins walk away and a large number of shops, restaurants and supermarket nearby.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

This man left me stranded to find his house at 9:00 at night, with no directing. This, after he did, if you have any trouble please, contact me, any time. Very poor communication. The picture is not him. He is an Indian gentleman with children living in this house. Not friendly at all, one of his " distinguish" guest smoked cannabis on the patio, and i, being American, got the blame. Planes all night, as it is close to the airport.

Simplement décevant.
Les chambres étaient à peine propre, la salle de bain dans un état vraiment limite.
Des notre arrivée il nous fait comprendre qu'aucun bruit ne sera toléré.
Une simple discussion avec mon ami devant la porte et il nous engueule presque.
On ne loue pas sa maison si on ne veut personne dedans, cela paraît plutôt logique.
Robert n'est absolument pas agréable, le premier matin, à peine un bonjour pour ensuite nous engueuler pour le bruit alors qu'on était en pleine journée !
On a été réveillé par des bruits au premier étage le matin très tôt.Enfin bref, je déconseille vraiment, c'est cher et ça ne vaut vraiment pas le coup.
A fuir !!!!

I lived with Robert for two months for my internship. He was able to answer any questions I had and the room was perfect. The house is close to Amsterdam by public transport which is no problem.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
