Our 2 bedroom house is located a 10 minute was from the Ferry Building and Devonport Township. In Devonport you can find many trendy cafes and restaurants, a movie theatre, supermarket and many other outlet stores.
We live on a beautiful quiet street surrounded by Villas, across the road from a playground and large park, perfect for picnics and taking kids for a play.
Within a 15 minute drive you have access to more than 10 beaches, with access to water almost everywhere. At the end of your street is a golf course, and public transport out of Devonport.
The guest room consists of a very comfy double bed and 2 bedside tables. Although the house is small, it has loads of character and a really friendly feel. The house is of course very sunny all day long and we have many fruit trees on the property for you to help yourself to.
My partner and I are both 26 years old. We are very friendly and enjoy having visitors. We like to have the occasional drink in the evenings and go out in the weekend, but we are very respectful in the home and enjoy quiet time too.

About the Area
We are a 10 minute walk to Devonport Ferry. The Ferry takes 10 minutes to get to the CBD and is $11 return.
Bus stop is a 5 minute walk and will take you out of Devonport.
The Devonport Village is full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants are well as nice fashion boutiques and speaciality shops.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
