Or home is close to the motorway, busses and trains. Ideally you will have your own transport but I am available to drop and pick up from train station or bus. Relatively close to big shopping centres with cafes, supermarkets, banks , post office, cinemas, gym, major boutiques etc. There is a beautiful park if you enjoy walking, running or just have some quiet and relaxing time.
Situated in a nice quiet cul-de-sac, you will be enjoying a spacious 5 bedroom house, 2.5 bathrooms. Kitchen, lounge, double garage and garden along with other guest and our pet Rubby the cat.
The use of internet and laundry facilities are available for no extra charge.
Airport pickups and drop offs can be arranged for an extra nominal carge.
We enjoy soccer, traveling, socialising, walking, food markets and BBQ

About the Area
Our house is located in a very nice, quit and safe area of Otahuhu. 5 minutes drive to main shopping centre with all kind of shops, banks, gyms, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, post office, cinemas and other facilities. 20 minutes by train to reach central Auckland. Buses are also available but take a bit longer. We are close to a beautiful park where you can run, walk or just relax and contemplate the estuary

Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would treat your own home.
Smoking only allowed outside the house and away from it.
Included with the price is electricity, water, wifi, light breakfast, your laundry washed by me (no ironing)
Common areas cleaned by me. You clean your room on a weekly basis.
If you wnat to use the kitchen to cook your own meals you need to plan times with me in advance.
Weekly Fee to use kitchen - $20.00
Each meal's fee - from $7.00 (paid on the day)
Pick up and drop off from & to airport - $25.00 and if parking is required it will be added to the $25.00 fee.
If you require heater in your room weekly fee - $25.00

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
