I have a comfortable three bedroom house with a sleep out and a large double room available for Homestay. Both are fully furnished , clean and tidy . You would share the bathroom toilet and the kitchen.

The house has a cute private garden. There is a hammock to lye on and listen to our Tuis (native birds).
It is in a lovely family street with a five minute walk to the historical sites of the Stone store , Kemp house and Rewa village. Also there is a lovely bush walk to the Rainbow falls. We are only 20 to 40 minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You are welcome to use my kayaks for a paddle up the Kerikeri Inlet or if fit enough out to Opito Bay. Take a trip to Paihia and catch a ferry to Russell.
Kerikeri is a very cute, quaint village. With lots of cafes, arts and crafts. The Bay of Islands is a must to see in New Zealand . This is a great place to stay for travellers , students or locals .

About the Area
Our house is 5minutes in car to the Keirkeri Village. Walking it takes 25 minutes into town. There is a National airport only 15mins by car .
We have historical sites and bush walks 5mins walk from house . With a beautiful river to swim in.

House Rules
No Drugs , smoking is allowed outside only . Shoes must not be worn inside. If something is broken you must replace it or leave money for me to do so. The house must be locked up when leaving. Only those staying in house are welcome on premises .
Please enjoy your stay and have fun. This house is child friendly with a swing and slide set . Pets are neg.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
