Warm and friendly family home, with parents and three kids.
We live in Belmont, a safe and friendly community, with a beautiful view over the Hutt Valley and just half an hour out of Wellington.
We offer a spacious and private room with access to own kitchenette and bathroom.
You will be welcomed as part of the family! We are happy to show you around the area and help you get settled in well.

About the Area
Our house is located right next to Poto reserve and Belmont park. We have a stunning view over Petone inlet and Lower Hutt city. We are 15min walk away from park entrance where you find amazing lookout points, bush walks as well as mountain biking trails.
Maungaraki Shops are 10min away.
2min walk to busstop that will take you to either Petone train station (where trains leave to Wellington) or Lower Hutt central.

Meals

Very lovely family, clean and comfy house. I really enjoyed my time with this family i have been with Homestay family before but i haven't been with one like sara's they really helped me a lot by showing me the area and provide me with all the information that a i needed as i was new in town. i strongly recommend this family for every one you will enjoy your time with the lovely family.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
