Welcome to my spacious & Private self contained single bed room apartment. We are married couple with two children. We live on this property upstairs. The single bedroom apartment is downstairs with private entry/exit providing you motel like experience. Place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, biking and mountain tramping tracks and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location and the ambiance. Place is ideally suited for Single/ couples, solo adventurers.
Make yourself comfortable in this entire spacious single bedroom apartment. Apt also has big lounge with two large recliners. When reclined fully, you can actually sleep comfortably on it!
Relax with mountain views and sweet sound of native birds.

About the Area
Karori is suburb located at the western edge of Wellington. Nestled within hills and bush-land Karori is escape from walls of concrete. Its home to an wildlife sanctuary Zelandia ,Botanical gardens, Carter space Observatory, Otari Wilton's Bush reserve and beautiful beach Makara. Karori is littered with mountain bike tracks and hiking and walking trails. Its an beautiful suburb to enjoy your stay.
There is a bus stop from where Buses start and terminate (Bus nos.3 ,17 and 18) which is 10 minute walk from our place. Very frequent service to Wellington city and areas of interest.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
