Family home of 600 sq mt located in one of the finest areas of Lima, La Planicie, La Molina district, , close to tennis court and a Golf Club.
Our home owns indoors and outdoors gardens, pool, gym, BBQ and a small basquetball court. The guest room can accomodate up to two persons. has a private bathroom with tube. Our house is only 3 years old. The guest can access to our spacious dinning room, kitchen with dining area, living room, and sala estar, as well as, t the laundry area.
We are a family comprised of 4, two children of 16 and 11 years old and a lovely pet, a Westhighland White Terrier dog.

About the Area
Our house is located in La Planicie, La Molina district, one of the most exclusives zones of Lima, closer to a tennis academy and Golf Club. Near supermarket Wong and 12 min drive from Molina Plaza mall.
The area is a quiet and secure zone. The house is in a condo with permanent watch.
To access to la Planicie, your must get the City Hall, located in front of Wong supermarket and go straight to get the first security point, go through Jose León Barandiarán avenue until reach Las Dunas avenue, follow the avenue, which will turn into Av. Del Parque.

Due our house is in a condo, you should keep noise to a minimun after 23:00 hr.
Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean uo after.
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
