I was very satisfied with my stay. Katie was very helpful in setting up the room, laundry, getting around and even finding an emergency dentist. Room - is OK I guess. Bed, desk, closet, TV+video, balcony facing other units and own bathroom. Unfortunately no A/C and ceiling fan only. Parking - The housing consists of 36 townhouse units within an area the size of a football field, all available parking spots are usually used by the people who live there. It never was a problem to drive up to the house for loading/unloading, but parking was approx. 200m and roadside only. Traffic - Everything like gas station, stores, food court etc. is located well within a 5km radius. The M1 motorway, main beach and downtown Gold Coast are ca. 10km away. Although there are a few bus stops in the area, public transportation doesn't really seem to be an option. Unfortunately there is a lot of traffic going through that area especially during business hours. If you wanna get to/from that place between 1500-1900hrs, calculate at least an additional 30mins for that. NOTE - It's a household with a toddler and a dog. They don't cause any problems but they are present, just as a reminder for those who don't like kids or pets....
