  Oliver is a pleasant person and booked for one night but did not observe or adhere to any of the house rules. He booked the sofa bed which is in my living room and clearly states in my house rules it is used by the family until 9pm he arrived an hour earlier than expected and my neighbour invited him into hers until I returned. I showed him the room, the biggest in the house, he left for a walk around the area, on his return in the late afternoon he went into the living room closed the door, without pulling the blinds or curtains he stripped off and proceeded to unpack everything he had and spread it all over the room, when I needed to get something from the room he said he wasn't decent and left me waiting for over a half hour, I reminded him to close the curtains he said he prefers to leave them open!!? My living room looks out onto the road and everyone can see in! Later I found him in the kitchen brushing his teeth over the delph in the sink, I couldn't get to the tap and told him he should be using the bathroom, he said there's no hot water to brush his teeth and was using the boiled water from the kettle, he proceeded to floss his teeth over the delph. He asked me could he leave some papers he didn't want to carry around with him and bought a bucket to store them in, when I woke the next day he was gone and the papers where in the bucket with some clothes he also left, this I never agreed to.
