House Rules
First of all, we are delighted to welcome you to our home in Reunion for you to enjoy and that we wish you very pleasant and filled with magnificent human discoveries as landscapes. We will share this house for a few days and it seemed important to give you some information even if we are at your disposal for exchanges, answers to your questions ... Do not hesitate, we love it!
You have a kitchen on the ground floor of our house: You will find what you need to cook (dishes, pots, pans etc ..., gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and fridge with freezer space, tea towels) You have an indoor table and an outdoor dining area that you can use as you like. On the top floor, you have a private room with bathroom integrated.This place is yours during your stay and we do not go there during all your presence except of course emergency situation. Access to WI FI is possible and I will issue you the password of connection at your arrival. The first floor of the house is our space, however you will go there to go to your room or to your kitchen and to go out. This is not a problem for us, each being respectful of the other. By cons rooms, bathroom and living room remain our space during your stay. You have access from this floor to the pool and a small kiosk on the left side of the house. We just have to agree not to generate each other. You just have to exchange together beforehand.You will have during your stay a bunch of key (Bip gate and key to the front door) Pay attention and thank you to close the doors and gate. You can park your car right in front of the house (it's a very quiet area). We have a little NOBEL dog that I hope will not bother you too much. He is kind but curious and a player ... He may have a tendency to want you follow everywhere. Logically it should not go upstairs but sometimes ... it goes faster than we do not hesitate to tell him to go down and thank you for being careful though that it does not go out Finally, you have to provision in this booklet, addresses, hiking trails, different things to see and live during your stay. It is a base because nothing replaces exchanges and meetings so do not hesitate. You will also find a notebook where our previous travelers have noted the corners and visits that they wished to share with you. Do not hesitate to consult it and feed it with your discoveries.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
