Small attic bedroom with on suite shower&toilet situated in villa in the posh Radu Beller area of Bucharest. You will stay here with an expat English author/painter/photographer, his Romanian wife and their Persian cat.
We speak English, Romanian, French and a bit of Italian.

About the Area
Our house is located in the posh area of Beller str., adjacent to Floreasca Park and lake and Piata Dorobanti. 3 stops from Piata Romana with the 301, 131 and 331 buses, access to Gara de Nord (main railway station) by 182 and 282 buses, close to underground station Aviatorilor, access to Otopeni airport taking 131 or 335 bus to Casa Presei and changign there with 783 or 780 shuttle buses.

Do as you please but keep the place as you found it and don't disturb the neighbours. The on- suite guests bedroom is all yours, but if you stay in the livingroom you will share the space with the whole family including the cat, so it is not suitable if you are alergic. Also, smoking is allowed outdoors only .

J'ai passé deux semaines de mes vacances en Roumanie en séjournant chez Cintia qui était absente alors, et j'ai reçu un acceuil très chaleureux de Carmen et de sa famille (y compris un adorable chat). C'est leur hospitalité qui est devenue mon meilleur souvenir de ce voyage, lors de mon retour à Bucarest je serai encore hébergé chez elle absolument ! Merci mille fois !! La chambre vient d'être rénovée, donc bien propre et confortable.

When I arrive in Bucharest I had the best wellcome because of Cintia and Carmen! I say in my life that people matters! And the girls are fantastic! the room is full of colours! everywhere! it is friendly and it offers the sense of relax! I am the type of person who like this kind of places like Cintias place!Carmen I love you! you will be always in my heart! we will be in touch! Thank you for everything! I felt my self at home!

Camera con soffitto alto 1 metro e novanta, sporca e buia. Il bagno ancora più basso e strettissimo, impossibile fare una doccia. La coperta piena di peli di gatto. Indescrivibile la sporcizia. Però Cinzia è stata sempre gentile.

Cintia and Peter were very friendly, kind and flexible hosts (allowing me to arrive at a very unsociable time!). The room is quirky and comfy and the flat conveniently situated for reaching both the city centre and some of the lovely parks nearer the northern edge of the city. Very good value. I would certainly go back if visiting the city again.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
