Our family lives in a 3 bedroom house in Elfindale , in the Southern Suburbs of the most beautiful city in the world, cape Town. I am a stay at home mom/wife and love to cook and bake and making sure that my family is comfortable.
Our home is very cosy with a separate dining area that seats 10 and has French doors that lead onto a patio. the patio is sometimes used during summer season for breakfast and dinner. The living room is very spacious and is fitted with satellite television. We also have wi-fi available.
We have a medium family sized kitchen and separate dining room. The front garden is also quite big and is secured with a raised wall for privacy.
Nearby Muizenberg beach is very safe and is famous for surfing throughout the year. Our area is surrounded by antique stores, bakeries, cafes and restaurants and pubs. close to all public transport.
We have two adorable adult cats and 1 kitten who are very friendly.

About the Area
Our house is situated in the Southern Suburbs of cape Town in a quiet suburb. We are about 20 minutes drive from the city centre and 25 minutes from the airport.
The main road is a 20 minute walk where we have public transport such as the bus and taxi services. The train station is a 10 minute walk from our house.

House Rules
By Law, all parties should end at 12 midnight unless it's New Year's eve. Cape Town, South Africa is currently experiencing a water crisis. This crisis is well managed with fresh drinking water available at various collection points in the city. Our family has also placed measures in saving water and all guests need to abide by the water restrictions a s set out by the CITY OF CAPE TOWN.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
