The room is in a spacious and bright appartement. There is a TV and WiFi connection in the room.
The livingroom, kitchen and the bathroom are fully equiped : TV, DVD, library, whashing machine, freezer etc.
Alaquas is a town very close to Valencia ( about 15min by bus ).
It is a small town with all needs and all the important comodity :
Banks, supermarkets, restaurants, and a youth center with internet connection during the day and night.
There is also a shopping center with different activities including cinema, bowling etc.
The appartement is near to the airport approx. 4 km.

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse dans un appartement trés charmant.
Idéale pour les personnes souhaitant se reposer, découvrir et profiter de la ville de Valence (à 15 minutes en bus).
La chambre se trouve dans un appartement grand et lumineux avec télé et connexion internet. Un séjour avec tout le nécessaire : télé, DVD, bibliothèque etc. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont également totalement équipées : machine à lavé, refrigérateur, congélateur etc.
Alaquas est une petite commune trés proche( à 15 minutes en transport en commun) de Valence.
C'est donc un petit village avec toutes les commodités importantes : Banque, supermarché, restaurant, vendeur de fruits et de légumes (typique espagnol) et un centre pour jeunes avec connexion internet en journée et le soir.
Il y a aussi un grand centre commercial à côté avec tous les loisirs possible : restaurants, cinéma etc.
Proche de l'aéroport !!

Espaciosa Habitación muy luminosa y acogedora. Especial para personas que quieren relajarse discubrir y disfrutar de Valencia. Acceso de Autobus y tren a Valencia en 15 minutos.
El apartamento es grande con tele y Wifi , el salón cuenta con T.V. DVD. videos, libros. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario: lavadora, refrigeradora, y un espacio para que nuestro apreciado huésped guarde los alimentos. El baño es completo, agua caliente en verano e invierno. Te proporcionamos de toallas grandes y pequeñas.
Alaquas está cerca de Valencia 15 minutos en autobus o tren, es un pueblo pequeño pero no le hace falta nada: Bancos, Supermercados, restaurantes, también tiendas de frutas y verduras, locutorios, el centro de jòvenes donde puedes disponer de internet gratis en la mañana y en la tarde. Un gran Shoping o Mool está cerca: El Centro Comercial Bonaire, con todos los locales que puedas imaginar, lugares para comer, distraerse, cines, etc.

If the guest wants i can organize typical spannish activities to discover the culture and the city of Valencia.
I can also organise a trip in other cities and excursion during the weekends.
The biggest advantage of living there is that you will improve your spannish language skills. There is also the possibility of the french language.
There is near of the appartement a sport club with pools

Les invités ont accés à toute les pièces communes de la maison.
Si les invités sont d'accord, je pourrais organiser des activités typiquement espagnol pour découvrir la culture espagnol et la ville de Valence.
Je pourrais aussi organiser des voyages dans d'autres villes d’Espagne et des excursions pendant les week-end.
L'avantage de pouvoir vivre dans cet appartement est que vous améliorerez votre espagnol.
Tout prés de l'appartement il y a un centre sportif avec piscine couverte.

Los invitados tienen como accés a toda las piezas comunes del piso.
Si los invitados están de acuerdo, podría organizar actividades típicamente española para descubrir la cultura español y la ciudad de Valencia.
Podría también organizar viajes en otras ciudades de españa y excursiones durante el week end. La ventaja más grande de vida allí consiste en que usted mejorará sus habilidades en español.
Tenemos polideportivo con piscina climatizada al lado del piso.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
