Hi! We are a young couple.
We have a single room, for student or worker girl and NO smoker; in Bon Pastor, Sant Andreu district, The apartment has natural wood parquet, heating, quiet garden area, two lifts .. the room is furnished, new bed and mattress, wardrobe, small folding desk, individual tv, window to outside, seventh floor , without buildings in front, you have clear views (Basic requirements: one person, no smokers, pets are not allowed, parties are not allowed). Right to use bathroom / toilet, kitchen, microwave, fridge, washing machine ... Important: Respecting basic rules of coexistence and order that will be previously agreed. The apartment is well connected with bus lines H4, H8, M28,11, V33, 60, and metro station Bon Pastor 9 nord / 10 lines (time of travel to the city center by metro, example: To Pl. Catalunya: 35 / 40 min) "La Maquinista" shopping center is 5 min away, and the large Besòs river park is very close, ideal for walking, playing sports, relaxing, etc.

House Rules
Basic requirements: rent for one person, non-smokers, pets are not allowed, parties are not allowed. Right to use bathroom / wc, equipped kitchen, washer-dryer.
You can not play loud music from 10pm.
Bail will be paid in case of stays of more than a few days, the deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, if everything is in order, nothing has been broken or damaged in the room, furniture, apartment.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
