I rent a spacious and quite comfortable room of my apartment in Barcelona. The place is located in Gracia, one of the best neighborhoods in Barcelona. You will be close to almost everything like Sagrada Familia (15 minutes by walk), Park Güell (15m) and downtown (25m). Gracia is the artistic and underground hood of Barcelona, plenty of local stores, with a good nightlife but also calm and secure.
I rent the room to a calm person. Parties or meetings are not allowed. The apartment is no very big and I live and I work home.
I rent the room to someone who speaks one of these languages ( spanish, english, french, catalan) or at least a little bit.

Je loue une chambre avec un lit dans mon appartement a Barcelone au quartier de Gracia. Gracia est au centre de Barcelone et pourtant proche de tous les endroits touristiques comme La Sagrada Familia ou le Parc Guell. C'est un quartier idéal pour se promener ou prendre un café dans un des ses nombreux bars ou restaurants.
Je loue la chambre a une personne calme. Les fêtes ou les réunions sont pas possibles parce que je travaille à la maison.
La chambre est assez grande et confortable. Le matelas n'est pas le 'meilleur' mais souffissament bien pour reposer et dormir. N'hésite pas à me demander si tu as d'autres questions a me poser.

Alquilo una habitación con una cama simple en mi apartamento de Barcelona en el barrio de Gracia. Gracia está en el centro de Barcelona por lo que todos los sitios turísticos están cerca incluso a pie. El barrio es tranquilo y seguro pero lleno de actividades, bares y restaurantes que se llenan los fines de semana.
Alquilo la habitación a una persona tanquila. Las fiestas y reuniones no están permitidas ya que trabajo en casa. La habitación es bastante grande. El colchón no es 'el mejor' pero suficiente para dormir bien y descansar. La puerta no tiene llave. Si tienes cualquier duda no tengas problema en preguntarme.

About the Area
The apartment is located in the city center in a quiet and safe hood , close to almost everything. It is 15 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia, 20 minutes to Ramblas.
The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop.

There is no rules.
Just to try to be calm ( to be nice would be a plus) and to be clean because there is no clean service but me.
No hay reglas. Solo no hacer demasiado ruido e intentar ser un poco limpio ya que no hay servicio de limpieza aparte de mi.
Il n'y a pas d'obligations. Seulement essayer de ne pas faire trop de bruit et d'être ordonnée car le seul service de nettoyage c'est moi.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
