This place is ideal to rent if your looking to holiday here or are just getting settled while you find something more permanent. The rooms are in a great area if you looking for something a little outside the center of Barcelona but also easily commutable by Bike, Metro or Walking! The apartment is also a short walk to the less touristic area of Gracia where you can find plenty of local restaurants and bars to soak in some Catalan culture! The apartment includes just one other flat mate (me!) and has 3 bedrooms in total so plenty of space. Feel free to send me a message if you need any further info! I speak English and an intermediate level of Spanish :)

About the Area
The apartment is located in between Sagrada Familia & Joanic Metro stations, both are around 5 mins walk. There are plenty of transport links with buses and bike lanes taking you into the center in less than 10 mins if the metro is not your thing!

House Rules
I am pretty easy going and chilled so I don't have any super strict rules. Guests are welcome to use any of the common area's as they please as long as they respect the area's and keep them clean. This is not a party flat but I am a sociable person so I don't mind getting to know whoever is going to be staying with me :)
50 % of payment must be made before arrival :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
