I live in a town house, in a development in the countryside, about 5 miles from Santiago, the house has 5 bedrooms. I have 3 double rooms available,one with 2 single beds, with a french window and balcony overlooking the garden. The other bedrooms have double bed. there is a co bathroom serving these 2 guest rooms, although the cloak room may be used. .However, the double room on the ground floor has an on-suite complete bathroom. The area is very airy, leafy and quiet, excellent for ramblers. The development has its own private pool, tennis courts and hourly buses running to and from Santiago. Bertamirans, a small town only a 15 minute walk has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The closest beach is around 20 minutes by car.

My house is at 10 minutes drive from Santiago there are frequent buses going to Santiago, it is a very safe and quiet neighborhood.

House Rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. On the final day of the staying guests have to leave before 12.
After 12 in the evening, everyone must keep the level of noise to a minimum.
The use of the kitchen, washing machine etc, has to be shared with the house owner, therefore in order to follow a smooth schedule a chat with the house owner / housekeeper, will help.

Maica es una excelente anfitriona. Cuida mucho los detalles para que las habitaciones sean agradables para los visitantes y esto dice mucho de su generosidad y hospitalidad. No pude tener mejor suerte que pasar 30 días en su alojamiento. Maica lo hace todo fácil.
La localización es inmejorable: a 15 minutos en bus de Santiago. Si vais en coche aun seria menos tiempo y allí se puede aparcar sin problema. El entorno donde vive Maica ayuda al descanso, bosques de eucalipto, aire fresco y mucha tranquilidad. Todo esto hacen que vaya a echar mucho de menos mis días alli.

My friend and I stayed for 10 days. We had a nice big room with a balcony and view of the back garden and countryside. The host is very friendly and available to help with anything you need. The house is served by regular local buses into Santiago city centre which don't take very long. There is also a local town and 2 nearby petrol stations where you can buy provisions. It's a nice place to stay

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
