Our beautiful home is part of a residential community That faces the ocean, only 300 meters from one of the best swimming beaches and minutes away from the capital city of Santa Cruz. The house features three bedrooms for 1-2 people. It is exquisitely decorated by my wife Daniela, Whose studio is an artist in the house For Those interested in visiting. The house feels cozy yet Provides ample space for you to enjoy your privacy. You will have access to free wifi, naturally. Also, our listing offers a beautiful kitchen, where you can to prepare your own meals, or for a prearranged price, enjoy the incredible cooking of my wife, Daniela. Our house is one of 10 single homes in a restful residential community overlooking the ocean. 300 meters below is my favorite spot for swimming, a fisherman's village Known as Boca Cangrejo, That Provides access to a beautiful swimming spot, hardly frequented in the early morning or late afternoon. Beyond that you 'will enjoy the black sand beach of La Nea, visited only by a few locals During the week.We are 1 km from Radazul, an perfect spot for running, scuba diving and swimming in tranquil waters. If you are feeling sporty, jog or walk from the house to the Nea Beach and then through into Tabaiba Radazul. You will see That this is a breathtaking coastal path overlooking the ocean with stops for swimming tempting. All of this is downhill from our home. Public transportation is a seven minute walk from the house, but ideally You should eat with a car or scooter to really explore. If you are in the mood to drive, the capital city of Santa Cruz island is only 10 minutes by car, filled with shopping, restaurants, arts - all that you would need to enjoy the home life! La Laguna, the Unesco City University, is a mere 20 minutes away and Teide is just a one hour drive.
