Acogedora habitación situada en el casco histórico de la ciudad, a pocos minutos a pie de la Catedral de Granada, Puerta Real, Plaza Nueva, el Ayuntamiento, la Alhambra y diferentes restaurantes, bares, tiendas y mercadillos árabes.
La habitación posee aire acondicionado, radiadores, toallas, sábanas y todo lo necesario por el huésped!

Las zonas comunes de la casa son el área de desayunos y los baños. Es necesario mantener la casa y los baños lo más limpio posibles. Dentro de casa vivimos mi hija y yo y las demás habitaciones son para los huéspedes. La vivienda dispone de cinco dormitorios, dos baños, cocina y salón comedor uno de los dormitorios lo ocupo yo y mi hija y el resto de la casa la compartimos con nuestros estimados huéspedes.
En servicios ofrecemos lavado, secado y planchado de ropa, esto debería ser notificado con antelación y serán todos los detalles arreglados en casa. Se ofrece consigna de maletas, por un coste de 5 € el equipaje completo y lo puede dejar el tiempo que precise.
Cada huésped dispondrá de un juego de llaves, que se entregará a la llegada y se recogerá a la salida. (La pérdida de este juego de llaves por el huésped, supondrá un coste de 10 €).
El encanto y la magia que encierran sus muros y lo especial de su arquitectura, te llenarán de fantásticas sensaciones y momentos inolvidables. La Catedral con sus quinientos años, la tenemos justo a tres minutos caminando de casa. Cerca encontrarás, el Albaizín, el Paseo de los Tristes, la Alhambra, el Mirador de San Nicolás y muchos más lugares encantadores!
La vivienda es el ombligo de la ciudad.Todos los recorridos culturales y comerciales están a menos de 500 metros, eso significa que en cinco minutos estamos en las calles comerciales con cientos de tiendas de todo tipo y la Alcaicería (mercado-Árabe) , justo cruzando la calle nos encontramos con el Albaicín, unos de los barrios más bonitos de Granada y a 200 metros del barrio judío, El Realejo.
En Gran Vía muy cerca de la vivienda, están los Italianos, una de las mejores heladerías de Granada y la plaza de La Romanilla, dónde tomar unos vinos al sol. El Ayuntamiento y la oficina de turismo, están a cinco minutos de casa

Cozy beautiful centric room locate in Gran Vía and Reyes Católicos, the very centre of the city. The room is located just a few minutes walk from Cathedral, Puerta Real, Plaza Nueva, City Hall, the Alhambra and restaurants, bars, shops and arabic markets.
The room has A/C, heating, towels, bed sheets and everything that you may need.

I offer all available spaces and services that we can give, also traditional lunches and dinners on request. If you need washing and ironing of personal clothing is required pleas just le me now and we can arrange it at home. Inside the room you'll also find shampoo, hair conditioner, bed sheets, towels and everything that you may need.
I love having guests at home, I usually stay there and meet with the guest. Meeting people from other places, their cultures and traditions fascinates me!
The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room; one of the bedrooms occupied by my daughter and I. The rest of the house we share with our esteemed guests all bedrooms have terraces overlooking the Gran Vía and Reyes Católicos, the two main streets of Granada.
Cultural and commercial routes are less than 500 meters, that means we're in the shopping streets in five minutes with hundreds of shops of all kinds and the Alcaicería (arabic market) just across the street we find the Albaicín, one of the most beautiful districts of Granada and 200 meters from the Jewish quarter, the Realejo.
In Gran Vía near the house, are the Italians, one of the best coffee and ice cream places in Granada and Plaza de La Romanilla, where you can drink some wine in the sun.

Rules to follow are very easy:
- Do not smoke inside the house
- Please do not make los noises after 10:00 pm
- We accept small pets, as long as they behave.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
