Newly refurbished designer apartment in the center of Madrid. Nordic and minimalist decoration, mainly in natural colors. It is a two bedroom flat, one is mine and the other is for the guests with a private bath. Large living room. The bedroom has 3 single beds and wardrobe. Please note that payment in advance is required. Once the reservation is confirmed, I will contact you to arrange the payment method.

About the Area
Salamanca distric is Madrid’s most exclusive neighbourhood. Built in the 19th century, it was created by the Marquis of Salamanca as a residential area for the city’saristocratic and bourgeois classes.
Nowadays, as well as a place of luxury homes, Salamanca is also the focus of business and commercial activity. This is where you’ll find Madrid’s so-called Golden Mile, where streets like Calle Serrano, Calle Goya, Calle Ortega y Gasset, Calle Claudio Coello and Callejón de Jorge Juan play host to luxury fashion, accessory and jewellery brands.
Among its major attractions are the National Archaeological Museum, the Juan March Foundation, the Carlos de Amberes Foundation, and the Lázaro Galdiano Museum, as well as leading art galleries and, of course the WiZink Center, the city’s biggest concert and show hall. It’s also home to some of
the best restaurants in Madrid, including Zalacaín, Ramón Freixa and Kabuki Wellington.

I would kindly ask my guests to extend respect and to keep the noise level to a minimum. Walls are paper thin. With all due respect, Smoking and Pets are not allowed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
