Hola! Somos Marisa y Brenda, madre e hija. En casa somos 3 y una gatita. En el piso de cuatro habitaciones hay un ambiente muy familiar y tranquilo. La casa siempre está vacía ya que todos trabajan, excepto por mi (Brenda) que teletrabajo desde casa. Buscamos a alguien limpi@, ordenad@, no fumad@r y amante de los animales.
El piso está en una quinta planta sin ascensor. Tienes la estación de Carpetana (L6) de metro con conexión directa a ciudad universitaria en unos 20 minutos y la estación de Vistaalegre (L5) que te llevará hasta Gran vía en sólo 20 minutos!
Hello! We are Marisa and Brenda, mother and daughter. In our home of four rooms, there are 3 of us and a kitten. In the flat there is a very familiar and quiet atmosphere. The house is always empty as everyone works, except for me (Brenda) who teleworks from home.
The flat is on the fifth floor without lift. You have the Carpetana metro station (L6) with direct connection to Ciudad Universitaria in about 20 minutes and the Vistaalegre station (L5) that will take you to Gran Via in only 20 minutes!

El piso está localizado a 6 km del centro de Madrid. Hay muchos comercios, supermercados y gimnasios cerca. Tendrás todo al alcance de tu mano. Además si te gusta andar o hacer footing puedes llegar caminando a Madrid Rio y disfrutar de sus zonas verdes. Tienes la estación de Carpetana (L6) de metro con conexión directa a ciudad universitaria en unos 20 minutos y la estación de Vistaalegre (L5) que te llevará hasta Gran vía en sólo 20 minutos!
The flat is located 6 km from the centre of Madrid. There are many shops, supermarkets and gyms nearby. You will have everything at your fingertips. Also if you like walking or jogging you can walk to Madrid Rio and enjoy its green areas. You have the Carpetana metro station (L6) with direct connection to Ciudad Universitaria in about 20 minutes and the Vistaalegre station (L5) that will take you to Gran Via in only 20 minutes!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
