We are a family we like to receive new guests and companionship. We love the kitchen and living in a spacious apartment in the center of Madrid with wonderful views of the cottage. The location is perfect for foreign students who come to Madrid for a few months, especially if they are to Icade or the Complutense. We have a 5-minute metro and suburban.
Our children no longer live at home, so we decided to share it with you. The rooms are spacious and all have double bed. If a family comes to visit you during your stay and want to sleep in your room, please ask us about the supplement. We want to visit all kinds of people, especially those who want to live in family and both have full independence.

About the Area
Our house is located in the most of the locals (and Spanish) say it is the best street to live in Madrid. Near (150 mtrs). subway station, with buses in the city center, next to the Royal Palace but without the burden of large cities: The views from the house are spectacular with the largest park in Madrid in front of us. It is a favorite area for sports (we have a bike rental station front) jogging, walking, etc. Right on the doorstep of the house you have bus stop that connects you with the urban network of Madrid. Madrid is a city that has excellent public transport
