This is a space called "ArtAticTherapy8" I live alone Artist and I am in the most of the time, I rent room with private bath, short stays, labor, vacations, TECNOCAMPUS MATARÓ, no visits are allowed. The apartment is new and luxurious, it is a space of PEACE and I look for person of peace, student, artist teacher, teacher, executive, or serious executive. 30 km from Barcelona and 30 minutes by train, which is the station 3 minutes from home walking, place first line of sea and next PUERTO DE MATARÓ and city center. Photocopy of ID is requested. It's only for one person. The day of entrance to the room is paid and the arrival with the HOST is specified, being schedules agreed for the two. This is a space called "ArtAticTherapy8" I live alone as an Artist and I am in it most of the time, I rent a room with a private bathroom, short stays, work, vacations, TECNOCAMPUS, visitors are not allowed and after 10:00 p.m. silence is requested . Next to the sea, Olympic port, and train station. Moderate and ethical consumption of water and electricity is requested. The apartment is new and luxurious, it is a space of PEACE and I am looking for a person of peace, student, artist, teacher, professor, executive, or serious ERASMUS executive. 30 km from Barcelona and 30 minutes by train, the station is 3 minutes from home. A photocopy of the DNI is requested and if you will work, the last payroll. Payment is made on the day of entry to the room and the arrival is specified with the HOST, with appropriate times for both of us. I like to see the person's photo in the profile, and if not, be able to make a video call for more information. Smoking is prohibited inside the room, but on the terraces. If you want to have breakfast or lunch at home, tell me and the cost is separate. THANK YOU.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
