We are a family of four. Our house is a ground floor of a building of four neighbors, located in the city center, near the beach, station and many amenities around. The studio we rented is separate from the main building which gives freedom to the guest. We have a nice patio with barbecue and a small orchard. You can share the kitchen with us or if you prefer to enjoy your independence because you have a refrigerator and microwave in the study. We love the mountains and do activities together.

About the Area
We are in the city center. Have the train and bus station nearby, as well as the beach, the library and the university. You have about as many services supermarket, weekly market for fruit and vegetables. Also several bars and restaurants. It is a comfortable place where you can scroll to many sites on foot.

House Rules
Pudes smoking on the terrace at the studio or on the patio. Always use the keys so all will be calmer. We have pets, there is room for more. You can use whatever you want as long as you care for him and miss as it was. From midnight appreciate the rest of us and the neighbors. If you want to invite someone check with us first. So it will be like your own home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
