I live in a beautiful complex with 2 swimming pools and paddle tennis court, an area bank in a quiet park, a private social club, a 3 bedrooms, large lounge, large kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, wooden floors, aerated conditioning ducts. All exterior.
This very quiet and very well connected, is the public transport to the city center 2 minutes. Tram and Bus. Mall next door with cinemas, shops, Carrefour, Burger King. University of Alicante to 6 minute walk.
Medical and pharmacy close to center only 2 blocks.
I am an independent person, I like order and responsibility, I am talkative, and I like my guests even have their freedom, but talk to them, to know things about your country.

About the Area
My home town is located between Alicante and San Vicente del Raspeig, 4 kilometers from the center of the city, the Tram and Bus stops are just two minutes walk from the house. Mall close walking 2 minutes.
Very safe neighborhood, and quiet.

House Rules
the rules of the house are to be kept neat and clean your room and the bathroom of the house. No pets, because I have a small dog somewhat higher. Smoking will be allowed snuff but no drugs, no alcohol. With the utmost respect Anfitrio / a as the guest. Privacy zones Host / a. They may use the fridge to keep your food, if they want they are wash clothes or use the machine would have to pay 10 € apart from the price of the stay and shall be paid on the spot. You may not use the landline of the house, if they want to pay € 10 per call and a total time of 15 minutes for international calls are very expensive. If you enjoy free use of the house wiffi.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
