I live in a nice neighborhood 1 km from the center of Santa Cruz De Bezana in Santander. We have 1 Simple TV available. I like car racing and bike to music, concerts, festivals but open to all guests. Eduardo is 44 and likes nature and car and bike racing. He speaks Spanish Carmen is 47. She speaks English and likes music, concerts, festivals and nature Torres has 3 children living at home

Please keep the safety of our home and locked the main door when you enter and leave Please do not adjust the heating. Just ask me and I will happy for you If you want to use the kitchen, do it, but clean it after! Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please do not invite strangers into our home; if you want to invite a friend, tell me before you enjoy your stay and take care our house as if it were your own.

Que Fabuloso! I had a great visit to Cantabria, which was made all the better for staying with Carmen and her lovely family. She has a beautiful house in a quiet location 10-15mins drive to the centre of Santander. I did have a hire car, which helped (but there are buses and trains nearby) as it is difficult to see the whole beauty of Cantabria without one. I will definitely visit Cantabria again and stay with Carmen and her family. Carmen speaks good English and helped me practice my Spanish (very patient!!) All 3 children are delightful and the dogs (small bassets) are very, very cute. Highly recommended. Muchas gracias a todos!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
