We live in what we call the new city of Santander (within the same city, due to commercial growth, etc.) 8 or 15 minutes from the town hall, depending on daily traffic.
English language Spanish. Communication, we will receive you with pleasure and we will share if you wish, share magical experiences.
It is located in a commercial area, the neighborhood is quiet, orderly, friendly
Which has a free parking area, with a quiet area.
Green areas, children's park, several parks, Carreofur shopping centers, Mercadona, Ldls among others, small orchards, two close to home, children will have a good time watching them, patio including the building
Our home, a flat 115 square meters, 1 floor
/ kitchen, dining room / we have a patio, green areas, gardens outside, we have an elevator, bright light, the Cantabria sports complex 300 meters away
I work in the geriatric area and as a freelance in advertising and marketing, I also study and I like to exchange cultures.

We really enjoyed our staying. The location was perfect for easy access to the shopping, sport facilities and transport to the centre. The room and the bathroom are very well organised. The kitchen was a bit chaotic but still well organised. The house is very clean and the host are very kind and extremely helpful. I would sincerely recommend it for short staying.

Habitación limpia pero con un fuerte y desagradable olor a insecticida. Baño limpio. Cocina caótica. Calidad-precio muy justo.

Me gusta Lourdes haya mirado la casa estaba limpia como siempre.la cocina , tenia muchos adornos y esto hizo se viera quizás para la sra Lourdes caótica y lo respeto,gracias a su comentario ,hemos quitado donde teníamos disponibilidad al huésped cucharones,abridor de latas etc,etc,.
El olor a insecticidas se debió a que habían pintado la habitación con pintura ,quise quitarlo para cuando ella llegara pero no pude y en cambio de esto la combinación de olores
anterior mas lo que le eche ,resulto este olor .ya lo sentimos y pedimos una disculpa por no haber logrado quitar olor a pintado.

A HUGE thank you to Yamileth and Juan! They were both fantastic hosts are we really enjoyed our stay with them. The flat is very comfortable and clean. It is in the modern part of Santander, but it is great to be part of a normal suburb and not be a tourist. There are some great places to eat nearby and the city is small so easy to explore from here.
Yamileth was so kind and helpful - I would definitely recommend a stay with her and Juan to anyone.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
