I offer you a room in our home. We live in a residential area with private security 24 hours, swimming pool and gardens. The room, as the rest of the apartment is sunny and is furnished tastefullly. Beside a huge closet, a dresser and a bookshelf Where you can locate your personnel things, You have a worktop if you need it and a PC with Wifi access. The room has a new bed and is bright and airy.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, kitchen with table, living room, and 2 bathrooms (one of them will be just for your own). We Also have a terrace Where You Could enjoy your breakfast in the sunny days (almost always) or just spend relaxing hours with a book, etc ...
Nearby you can find a bike station (Valenbici: renting bicycles), and 3 min walk is the underground and several bus and cab stops. By bicycle it will take you just 20 minutes to the center, and just 8 min by underground. We're very well comunicated, the area has lots of restaurants, Local markets, shops, gym, hospital, post office, parks, newsagent, drugstore, etc.
In the apartment are 2 people, my name is Eva I'm 40 years old and my son Alexander is 11 years, from time to time Paul comes to the house Also, my boyfriend, a funny Scottish man.

About the Area
My home is in a quiet and safe suburb in the north of the city, but plenty with restaurants, pubs, hotels and life. It's just 15 minutes from the airport, even the underground Takes You Directly to our house, and it's just 3 km from the center, 2 minutes walking You have the bus, taxi and underground stop, just in the corner. I'm sure you will feel very comfortable

House Rules
I'm a non smoker person, so in my house we do not smoke, if you are you can do it outdoors. I'm very respectful with you, so I expect the same from you. As it is to remove house, of course I would not like parties.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
