The best of the flat is it the place , bacause 3 minute walk to center, principal avenue to go at other principal places.

Una persona muy amable y acogedora

Me gustó mucho mi estancia en casa de Alexandra. Es una mujer muy simpática y amable. Y además la ubicación es muy buena (cerca de la universidad, del centro de la ciudad y también se puede andar hasta el mar). Hay una estación de metro justo al lado. Tenía todo lo necesario incluso mi propio cuarto de baño. ¡La recomiendo !

Alexandra and her daughter are great hosts. Alexandra is friendly, warm, helpful, accommodating, welcoming. Her apartment is very clean, organized and homelike. The apartment has a great location, close to metro, bus, bicycle station, grocery store. It is halfway between the city centre and beach. Very walkable and safe neighbourhood.

My stay at Alexandra's flat was fabulous! She is a really warm and welcoming person, her daughter is very nice too. As another student was staying there as well, I got the daughter's room, which was perfectly ok. I could use the kitchen anytime and just felt like home. The flat is central, though not really quiet.

Alexandra is a very friendly helpfull host. The house is clean and homelike. I stayed over during the big las Fallas festival in March and I agreed infront to stay in the room of her teenage daughter.
Good bed, near the metro and near the centre in a save neighberhood! But sometimes the room was a bit cold and noisy. I can certainly recommand this adres!
A pity that my plainticket was changed and I had to leave a day early.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
